836 Outdoors was founded by a group of avid outdoors men and women, with the intent to produce and sell the finest outdoor gear available for any outdoor activity. We are located in Missoula, Montana nestled between the Bitterroot, Sapphire, and Rattlesnake Mountains. We do it all from hiking, hunting, fishing, ranching, and skiing, to backpacking and riding horses. Our belief is "If our gear can survive in Montana, it can survive anywhere!"
